I started in the trades at 18. I'm 29 now — twelve years in, and over those years I've trained apprentices both older and younger than me. What I discovered is that my real specialty isn't just plumbing: it's building plumbers. Taking someone with work ethic and zero experience and turning them into a professional in months, not decades — on documented systems, not tribal knowledge.


Our vision, stated out loud: become the #1 plumbing company in the United States, expanding market by market — powered by a training system that develops people faster than anyone in the industry and a brand that customers and tradespeople both seek out.


Every person who joins early isn't taking a job — they're taking a POSITION in something expanding. The techs we train today are the leads, supervisors, and market managers of the cities we open tomorrow. Here's the whole path, drawn out, nothing hidden. We are ALWAYS accepting applications — even fully staffed, we build our bench here first.

  • CSR / Dispatcher

    Answer every call live, book jobs, own the schedule. Hourly + booking bonuses (active)

  • Office Manager

    Collections, permits, insurance, vendors (growing role)

  • Warehouse / Materials Runner

    Trucks pre-staged nightly, supply runs, inventory (opens with Truck #3)

SALES & MARKETING:

  • Sales / Estimator

    Walks big-ticket jobs (repipes, sewers, remodels), quotes off our price book, closes. Base + commission. We sell what the camera shows — integrity is the qualification (bench open)

  • Content Creator / Editor

    Reels, job documentation, the brand engine (seat coming)

  • Marketing Manager

     Owns lead flow and the CAC scoreboard (future seat)

Trade Partner & Subcontractor Network

After twelve years in construction, we know what customers want: not a plumber, then a concrete guy they have to find, then a drywall guy who ghosts. One call, seamless — from the demo that opens their home to the finish that closes it. We're a licensed general contractor. We ARE that call. The partner network is how we deliver it — and why our partners stay busy.

Concrete cutting & repour · driveway/flatwork · drywall & finish · tile · painting · framing · electrical · HVAC · roofing · landscaping repair · leak detection · drain/hydro-jet · camera & lining · excavation.

The Rules (public, non-negotiable):

  • Jobs over $1,000
    Licensed, insured, and bonded — classification, COI, and bond on file before the first referral. California law and our standard.

  • Jobs under $1,000
    Small handyman-scope work may qualify under California's minor work exemption — still insured, still to our quality checklist, still photo-documented.

  • Clear written scopes · our quality checklist · photos required · paid within 7 days of completion, usually faster. No net-30. Ever.
